I was quoted over the phone from Fred Coy for fire hydrant install of $5500.I paid the application fee of $617 and then was told by Ray Munoz that the cost is going to be $6750.I would never have paid the application fee if I knew they would change the price on me.I paid for two water meters last year for $3750 each. Now I think that I was overpriced for that also .I am going to ask a lawyers opinion.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

yes absolutely contact a lawyer, something is not right , they also overcharge their customers with water and sewer billing and its a sure waste of time to call them, all they tell you is the meter is functioning properly and see no problem, i had a meter replaced a few years ago and when i went to check it !! i look older then what i had when it was put in sometime in 1969.
